Our story began with a shared commitment to improve current approaches to headache treatment. As we started working with our headache patients in the region, we recognized that there is a need for our neurological expertise in optimizing their condition with the most up-to-date treatments and more hands-on care. We embarked on a quest to incorporate cutting-edge neuromodulator therapies (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Nuceiva) and CGRP-based therapies into our practice that would be accessible to everyone in the Fraser Valley.
Our familiarity with the therapeutic uses of neuromodulators naturally expanded to a curiosity to bring these services for aesthetic purposes as well. Working with cosmetic neuromodulators allows us to apply our expertise in neuroanatomy to enhance patients' aesthetic well-being. By offering cosmetic Botox, we can help patients feel more confident and rejuvenated. Our unique perspective as neurologists ensures that each cosmetic procedure is performed with the utmost precision and safety, leveraging our extensive knowledge to achieve natural and harmonious results.
At NeuroAesthetics MD, we don't just treat symptoms; we empower individuals to reclaim their lives from the grip of chronic pain. Through personalized treatment plans and a holistic approach, we strive to help patients take control of their headaches so they can return to doing what they love.
We have our aesthetic services to include dermal fillers, and we look to include more services in the near future, as we continue to serve our headache and neurology patients, so that they can feel their best, inside and out.

Dr. Vincci Ngan is a board-certified neurologist with over 11 years of experience in independent practice in both the United States and Canada. Her journey began at New York University, where she completed medical degree, neurology residency, and clinical neurophysiology fellowship, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to helping patients with their neurological issues. She developed an interest in headache medicine as she started independent practice, and found immense fulfillment in developing long term relationships with her patients who suffer from chronic pain. She moved to Abbotsford and started a general neurology practice there in 2021.
With a passion for patient well-being and a commitment to keeping updated of the latest neurological advancements, Dr. Ngan works with her patients to find a solution to their headaches which may include supplements, medications, nerve blocks, neuromodulator injections, and CGRP-based therapies.

Dr. Anisha Bhangav is a board-certified neurologist in both Canada and the United States. She completed her residency at the University of Minnesota and fellowship at Washington University, St. Louis. She specializes in treating chronic headaches and utilizing Botox/neuromodulators not only for neurologic disorders, but also for cosmetic enhancements. Dr. Bhangav's extensive training and experience in neurology equip her with a nuanced understanding of headache disorders, enabling her to provide precise diagnoses and tailored treatment plans for her patients. Additionally, her proficiency in administering neuromodulators for cosmetic purposes allows her to offer patients comprehensive solutions for both medical and aesthetic concerns. She remains dedicated to being at the forefront of her field, continually refining her skills and staying up to date to deliver optimal outcomes for her patients.

Her journey began with training in esthetics, where she honed her craft and developed a keen eye for detail. Her ambition and thirst for knowledge later led her to pursue further education in nursing.
Combining her expertise in esthetics with her background in nursing, Denise found her niche in aesthetic medicine. Today, she thrives in her role, leveraging her dual skill set to provide comprehensive care to her clients. Her warm demeanor and compassionate nature create a welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
